Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MYAISEVA platform ("Platform") at dineshai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and MYAISEVA Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services independently.
• You must be a resident of or have a valid presence in India.
• By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
• Family profiles for minors may only be created by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

3. Description of Services

MYAISEVA provides AI-powered personalised insights including but not limited to:

• Vedic Astrology & Kundali analysis
• Palmistry & hand reading
• Numerology reports
• Face reading & physiognomy
• Tarot card readings
• Career, marriage, and life path predictions

4. User Account

4.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at customer.care@myaiseva.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for more than 24 months.

5. Wallet & Payment Terms

5.1 Closed-Loop Prepaid Wallet

Our wallet is a Closed-Loop Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and RBI Master Directions on PPIs (2021).

• Wallet funds can only be used to purchase services on the MYAISEVA Platform.
• Withdrawal, transfer, or cash-out of wallet funds is strictly prohibited under RBI regulations for closed-loop PPIs.
• Maximum wallet balance at any time: ₹10,000.
• Invoices are generated only upon purchase of a service, not upon wallet top-up.

5.2 Pricing & GST

All service prices are displayed inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We are a GST-registered entity.

5.3 Failed Transactions

In the event of a payment failure where the amount is debited from your bank but not credited to your wallet, the amount will be automatically reversed within 5–7 banking days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including AI-generated reports, software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and user interface designs are the exclusive property of MYAISEVA and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws.

AI-generated reports delivered to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access Platform data.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI reports without written consent.
• Provide false information during registration or service purchase.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's operation.

8. Disclaimers

Astrological, numerological, and palmistry predictions are based on traditional belief systems and AI interpretation. They are not scientific facts and should not be relied upon for major life decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress.

10. Channel Partner Terms

Channel Partners operate under a separate Channel Partner Agreement in addition to these Terms. Partners are responsible for ensuring their referred customers are informed of and agree to these Terms. Partners may not make representations about our services beyond what is provided in official marketing materials.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through written notice before initiating legal proceedings. Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent Platform notice with at least 7 days' prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
