This Refund Policy governs all transactions on the MYAISEVA Platform ("Platform") operated by MYAISEVA Private Limited. Please read this policy carefully before making any payments.
⚠️ Our wallet is a Closed-Loop Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn or transferred to any external account — they can only be used to purchase services on this Platform.
Once funds are loaded into your MYAISEVA wallet, they cannot be refunded, transferred, or withdrawn under RBI's closed-loop PPI regulations. Top-up amounts are final.
AI-generated reports (Kundali, Palmistry, Numerology, Tarot, etc.) are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once generated, as the service is rendered immediately upon purchase.
✅ Refunds (to wallet balance) are considered in the following cases:
• Report was not generated due to a technical error on our end
• Duplicate charge for the same service
• Service purchased but access not provided within 24 hours of payment
All approved refunds are credited back to your MYAISEVA wallet balance, not to your original payment method. This is consistent with RBI closed-loop PPI regulations.
If your bank account or UPI is debited during a wallet top-up but the amount is not credited to your wallet, the amount will be automatically reversed within 5–7 banking days by the payment gateway.
