Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs all transactions on the MYAISEVA Platform ("Platform") operated by MYAISEVA Private Limited. Please read this policy carefully before making any payments.

⚠️ Our wallet is a Closed-Loop Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn or transferred to any external account — they can only be used to purchase services on this Platform.

2. Wallet Top-Up — No Refund Policy

Once funds are loaded into your MYAISEVA wallet, they cannot be refunded, transferred, or withdrawn under RBI's closed-loop PPI regulations. Top-up amounts are final.

  • Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate payment or technical failure (see Section 4).
  • Unused wallet balance remains valid for 12 months from the date of last transaction.
  • Upon account deletion, unused wallet balance is forfeited as per RBI closed-loop PPI guidelines.

3. Service Purchase Refunds

3.1 Digital AI Reports

AI-generated reports (Kundali, Palmistry, Numerology, Tarot, etc.) are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once generated, as the service is rendered immediately upon purchase.

3.2 Exceptions — Refund Eligible Cases

✅ Refunds (to wallet balance) are considered in the following cases:
• Report was not generated due to a technical error on our end
• Duplicate charge for the same service
• Service purchased but access not provided within 24 hours of payment

3.3 Refund Method

All approved refunds are credited back to your MYAISEVA wallet balance, not to your original payment method. This is consistent with RBI closed-loop PPI regulations.

4. Technical Failure Refunds

If your bank account or UPI is debited during a wallet top-up but the amount is not credited to your wallet, the amount will be automatically reversed within 5–7 banking days by the payment gateway.

  • If not resolved in 7 banking days, contact us at customer.care@myaiseva.com with your transaction ID.
  • In confirmed technical failure cases, the amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 5–10 banking days.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated predictions or report content (as these are subjective in nature).
  • Reports generated successfully but user claims incorrect input data was provided.
  • Change of mind after service purchase.
  • Wallet top-up amounts for any reason other than technical failure or duplicate payment.
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations.

6. Dispute Resolution Process

To raise a refund request:

  • Email customer.care@myaiseva.com with subject line: REFUND REQUEST – [Order ID]
  • Include: your registered mobile/email, order ID, date of transaction, amount, and reason for refund request.
  • Our team will acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days.

If unresolved, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer at grievance@dineshai.com.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Wallet credit (approved cases): 1–3 business days
  • Technical failure reversal: 5–10 banking days
  • Dispute resolution: Up to 10 business days from acknowledgement
